Well, she knows a thing or two about surviving the fires, and so do I. Life has thrown a lot of curveballs my way, and I’ve survived them all. In fact, they’re my superpower - they made me who I am today. My mission is now to help other women and non-binary people do exactly the same. Because this lesson isn’t just for kids - it’s for all of us. No one gives us an instruction manual at the start of a crisis, we just muddle our way through (dragging all our baggage and bad habits with us). We need to learn how to survive hard things.

Plus each week, you’ll get a key strategy to put into practice - things that will make a big impact on your personal challenges.
